As co-founder and chief executive of London Theatre Direct, Francis is a keen investor, innovator, futurist and mentor. 

As an avid investor, Francis has aided a variety of companies including: StartupYard, Blue Horizon Ventures, FTW Ventures, SIMULATE, and Hope.Tech. He has also set up his own investment company, Hellyer Capital.
